Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based therapy that helps you process emotional pain, trauma, or stuck patterns by working with how your brain and body store unresolved experiences. Through guided eye positioning and attunement, we access deep parts of the nervous system—allowing your body to release what talking alone can’t always reach.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation and guided suggestion to bypass mental noise and speak directly to your subconscious. This helps rewire automatic thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors from the inside out. It’s gentle, safe, and highly effective for shifting inner blocks, boosting motivation, and creating meaningful change.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
EFT, also known as “tapping,” is a somatic technique that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with verbal processing to calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity. It’s a simple but powerful tool for clearing anxiety, emotional triggers, and stress stored in the body.
ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)
ACT is a science-based approach that helps you stop fighting difficult thoughts or feelings and start living in alignment with your values. Instead of trying to “fix” what’s wrong, we focus on building psychological flexibility—so you can take empowered action even when life feels messy or uncomfortable.

At Rewire Wellness, my approach blends the structure of neuroscience and behavior science with the intuition and compassion of mind-body healing. I don’t believe in surface-level strategies or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I guide you through a process that helps you understand why you feel stuck—and gently supports you in rewiring those patterns from the inside out.

I draw from over a decade of experience in behavioral science and training in trauma-informed care, Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, ACT, DBT, EFT, and polyvagal theory. Each session is personalized, grounded in research, and attuned to your body’s signals and your brain’s needs.
